📦 Delivery Information:
Once we’ve agreed on a weekday delivery date, your order will arrive before 1pm on that day. Clean-up crew are carefully packed in a polystyrene box with a cardboard outer and double-bagged for safe travel.

🐠 Please Read Before Purchasing:
Before buying, make sure you’re familiar with the animal’s care requirements. Once they’re in your tank, their wellbeing is your responsibility—so doing a little research first goes a long way!

🛡️ In Case of Issues:
We want every customer to be happy and confident with their purchase. If you suspect there’s a problem, please follow these steps to be eligible for a replacement:

1. Take at least 5 clear photos of the item in the original, unopened bag from different angles.
2. Send the photos within 1 hour of delivery.
3. Then, take photos of the item in your tank under full lighting.
4. Even if the item looks unwell, please acclimatise it as normal.

We don’t offer refunds, but if the above steps are followed, we’ll happily offer a suitable replacementwhere necessary.

🚚 Delivery Areas:
Unfortunately, due to courier limitations, we cannot deliver to:

• Channel Islands
• Isle of Man
• Scilly Isles
• Scottish Islands & Highlands
• Northern Ireland
• Isle of Wight

We want your animals to arrive healthy and on time, and sadly, we can’t guarantee that to these locations at the moment.

📅 Booking Your Delivery:
Shipping is only arranged once payment is received and a mutual delivery date is confirmed. Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel on the first attempt.
